These terms apply to the use of the Tanzania Flying Doctors Community Relief (TAF-DCR) website and to donations and bookings made through it.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are used to support our programmes. Where a donation is made to a specific programme, we use it for that programme; if the programme is fully funded or cannot go ahead, we may use the donation where it is most needed.

Payments and receipts

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your card or mobile money PIN. A receipt is sent to the email address you provide.

Refunds

If you made a donation by mistake, contact us at flyingdoctorcr@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review your request.

Events and bookings

Dates and venues of activities may change. We will inform registered participants of any changes by email.
