Free Community Health Screening
Many people live with high blood pressure or diabetes without knowing it, because they have never been tested. Found early, these conditions can be controlled and serious complications such as stroke, heart disease and kidney failure can often be prevented.
With your support we organise free screening camps in communities, schools and workplaces. Each person who attends is checked for:
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
- Body weight and BMI
Everyone receives health advice, and people with abnormal results are referred to a health facility for follow-up.
Your donation helps pay for: testing strips and equipment, health workers' transport, community mobilisation and printed health information.
